Shipping and Return

We guarantee that the product will arrive in good condition or we will return the full purchase price of the product, not including shipping and Restocking fee for non-defective items.
 

Returns are accepted 30 days from purchase date. Please request a Return Authorization Number (RA#) by emailing Customer Service. To expedite your return request, please include your invoice number, the order number, item number, and a brief description of the damage and whether the item is to be replaced or refunded.


Please inspect your merchandise upon arrival.Before signing freight bill, please inspect all boxes for damages (make sure the carrier signs the freight bill for any damages). Damaged and/or missing item claims will not be honored if reported past 7 days of delivery. The product must be returned in the original product box inside an adequate shipping box and include a copy of the packing slip. We must RECEIVE the package within 30 days from purchase date.Please note that ,the Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Also a 20% restocking fee is charged on non-defective merchandise. Return request must be submitted via email or fax. Return requests are processed within three business days.
 

To report damaged merchandise and obtain RA#, please simply email your request to: Customerservice @mywickerfurniture.com and include the order number, item number, and a brief description of the damage and whether the item is to be replaced or refunded. You may also fax your request to: 866 991 9139. We will inform you where you need to send your return. When you return an item, follow the instructions on the packing slip. You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. If you paid for your order by credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear on your billing statement.

International Shipping
All deliveries outside the continental United States may require additional shipping charges. A customer service representative will contact you within one to three business days after your order is placed to provide a final shipping quote before your order is shipped or any charges are applied to your credit card. When placing your order, please ensure to include an email address or fax number so we can contact you with a quote for the shipping.

***Please be aware that our quotes for shipping outside the U.S. and Puerto Rico do not include any applicable duty, value added taxes (VAT), or import consumption taxes. The recipient of the merchandise will be required to pay the duty or VAT upon delivery. Due to import duty valuation adjustments and currency valuations, we are unable to provide an estimate for duty or VAT.

Also, please be aware that although we supports manufacturer's warranties, our return guarantee does not include freight charges for international returns. If for any reason the recipient chooses to return a product from outside the U.S., international shipping charges must be pre-paid.
